Additude Innovation Model
For large assignments, we also offer our in-house developed innovation process, Additude Innovation Model (AIM). This is based on 30 years’ experience of business management and product development. It targets enhanced innovation, decreased business risk and reduced costs in the fields of technology and product development. Thus, we additionally work towards training customers in the AIM innovation process.
